Terms of Acquisition

Pre-orders
Figurine Society figures are released as numbered limited editions. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a figure from a specific edition that has not yet been produced. Full payment is taken at the time of pre-order to secure your reservation and fund the production of the edition.
Production and shipping timeline
Figures enter production once their edition closes. Because each piece is cast and finished by hand in small batches, production takes time. We will email you with production and shipping updates, including an estimated ship date, after your edition closes. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date, and timelines are estimates.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your pre-order any time before your edition enters production by contacting us, and we will refund you in full. Once an edition has entered production, all sales are final, as your figure is then being made specifically as part of that batch.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated before shipping. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These are not included in your purchase price and are outside our control.
The product
Each figure is a hand-finished collectible. Because pieces are made by hand in small batches, minor variations between individual figures are normal and are part of their character, not defects.
Damaged items
If your figure arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
